Interview
Short and easy. However the backgroumd check took forever to do. We did a video based question interview which is not hard unless you dont have computer. I did a in person with three of the managers and i got the job. Just be confident and show yourself out there. Dont be boring or like everyone else.

The interview process I went through was less of a one-on-one traditional interview and more of a group interview session. I was informed that I would get a call back to schedule a one-on-one interview, but that never happened.

Interview
The interview process wasn't too bad. They ask you to take two types of tests, and then you meet with someone. I interviewed the manager of the sales floor (NOT the GM) and i feel like it went well honestly.
You take a math and reading comprehension test as well as an employee behavioral test before spending around 15 minutes discussing your interest and familiarity with the position. Be careful not to sound too overqualified.
