I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MicroOffice (New York, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview process came in two steps: first a meeting with an HR manager and then second meeting almost a week later with the CEO and HR rep. HR was very warm and inviting, wanted to get to know about my personality and how that would be a great fit for the company. CEO, as was mentioned, is hard to read and I think he prefers it that way. He showed up a bit late for our meeting and only spoke for about five minutes or so.

Question 1
Why are you looking to leave your current position?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MicroOffice (New York, NY) in Nov 2014
Interview
Confusing. I was first interviewed by the CEO, who was about 20 minutes late. Then the Operations Manager came in late another 20 minutes after that. I was asked to come back for a second where I was drilled by the Marketing Manager and the amiable Operations Manager again.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at MicroOffice in Jan 2014
Interview
Was recommended by a friend, went in for an interview for an office manager position. Ended up being an interview on the go as we went to one of the other locations. I was very unsure about how it went, the CEO David is hard to read. Interviewed on a Thursday, sent a thank you email on the Monday, and was offered the job later that day.
