I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MidFirst Bank (Oklahoma City, OK) in Feb 2020
Interview
I found the position posted by a recruiting firm and had several phone screens with them. Midfirst then had me apply for the position on their website after they had already scheduled an interview with me.
I interviewed with an assistant VP who was very scattered brained and couldn’t remember my name or what position I was interviewing for, and he was also several minutes late. I’m positive he had forgotten he had an interview scheduled.
One of the first questions was why did you apply to work for midfirst? — there was no mention in the job posting the company was midfirst because I applied through a recruiting firm, and it just listed the position requirements. He didn’t seem to know this even though they had arranged everything.
Once he finally found my resume he went straight down the line asking about three of my listed responsibilities. He then asked a bunch of very technical questions. They seemed excel focus, but he never asked how to do anything In particular. The final twenty minutes consisted of him asking me what questions I had.
The interview took about an hour and a half was very technical overall with few behavioral questions, and by
few I mean almost none. It took a week for them to respond they were looking at other candidates.
I was disappointed overall by the lack of preparedness midfirst had on their end. This was a company I was very interested in working for.

Interview
Very wierd, but also comforting. Asked questions about my personal life and past accomplishments (10+ years ago….) overall an alright experience. I think BOK is a better process personally when compared to MFB.

Interview
The interview process was simple and straight forward. They asked general questions about yourself and to figure out if you are fit for the role. I didn't get further because my skills weren't fit for what they wanted.
