I applied online and within 2 days received an email requesting to schedule a phone screening/interview. I replied within a couple of hours to schedule a time. Unfortunately, it was 2-3 days later that I received a response to which none of the times were applicable since it was for that week (as requested). I then replied again within an hour with a list of dates/times (many might I add) for the following week. That was on 3/19/2025, I had NOT received any response until I emailed the individual and told her that I assumed the position had been filled at this stage. She sent over a canned response which didn't acknowledge that she had never replied to me. Organization appears to not care much about the hiring process, has delayed responses, and does not seem to respect the timing of others.
