Phone interview was just the person telling me about the position and hours that are expected to be worked. In person interview was okay, the person who did the phone screening was there along with the supervisor of the Dispense Department. They were both pleasant and didn't ask a lot of questions. I asked enough about the company and work culture there to get an idea of the environment I would be in. Told them a little of my background and they seemed happy about it. I got the job offer the following day.
