Three step process. Questionare, phone interview, and in person interview. Very extensive in your background and prior work history. I started working at a restaurant when i was 14 and I didn’t receive a W2 (because you don’t file taxes as a minor) so I did not get credit for those years of work experience

The interview process consists of two faces, a phone interview and a face to face interview at the facility. The phone interview is mainly a screening process to determine how good you would fit the company profile such as in professionalism and the face to face interview is more related to the field in which you applied for.
