1 hour technical screen with a quant researcher over a zoom call. Focused on solving problems, no programming. Only had time for 3 questions but it could be more depending on how long it takes.

What is the expected distance from a random point in the unit circle to the circumference.
More than four month long process, four rounds of interview, and a take home test about finding statistical pattern from data. Then I was ghosted after the last interview. The whole interview process was lengthy, time consuming and unnecessary.
