This company is a complete scam. A recruiter will contact you and won’t even conduct a real interview with you. They’ll just send you a test to do and form to sign acknowledging your interest in the job. The test is ridiculously easy. It’s an entry level language test so any native speaker can pass it. After you complete the test they’ll send you a standardized email telling you failed. If you ask for your test results they’ll tell you it’s “confidential” information! Imagine your own test results being confidential! This happened to everyone I know who applied for the job and is a native speaker of the language. I didn’t believe it until it happened to me! I am not only a native speaker I actually teach the language and I am 100% sure I passed that middle school test. The recruiters just contact people to make points from the agreement signature. That’s it.
I'm sorry to hear the standards the client has for these tests were not properly communicated to you. It is a common misconception that the tests are "easy" and it leads to a lot of frustration for people who are indeed native, but lack the attention to detail and linguistic standards the client expects. All candidates take the same test so sharing specific feedback would be imprudent, but we are always happy to give you general areas of weakness that you can improve on. We appreciate constructive criticism and solicit it directly with all candidates after testing so we can continually improve the process for folks like yourself in the future.
