      Ramp Agent Interview

      22 Jul 2010
      Anonymous employee
      Milwaukee, WI
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Midwest Air (Milwaukee, WI) in Jun 2008

      Interview

Prospective hires were part of groups that went through a number of classes on various subjects (such as airport operation, hazardous materials, loading aircraft, marshaling etc.) and then pass a number of tests on each topic. There were just one or two people that didn't pass these tests out of a group of about 20. We had to provide lots of information for background checks, we had to get a physical and pass a physical test. Then 2 people from HR did an interview of each person. The questions were very basic (e.g. do you work well on a team).
