Midwest Memorial Group interview questions

Phone, live and a follow up. Basic sales questions. Took background test. Training was 2 weeks but paid for it. Two people interviwes whihc was ok. Some follow up training was helpful and the workshops have been good.

There really wasn't an interview. I was really hired due to all my cemetery work experience. One thing I didn't like hearing in the interview is that the office manager is mean and has lost meny other employees under her management, but all I get is if her gives me any issues to email the HR Person and get no reply from HR. I wonder to this day why I took that job.
