Midwest Publishing interview questions

I went in and established who I was and why I was interested in the position, I was sat down and told to read a script over a few times then say it aloud to the boss. Following that we had a mock telephone conversation, basically seeing if I could speak clearly and understandably. We discussed pay and hours and after that, I had the job and started the next day.
