well,any job seeker has to come in and fill a job application to whatever position. when needed, the head of departments contact this person for an interview. If the interview was a success, he/she will be contacted and will be sent an e-mail with everything relevant to his/her position. after going over that information and when ready-that person has to take a test with the passing grade of 90% in order to start training. when passed and started working-work hard and you will find your way up.
