Informative. Relaxed. Done on a video chat (Zoom). I was recruited via LinkedIn, and scheduled an interview on online calendar. I had to download the Zoom software to do the video interview. It lasted for 1.5 hours or so, but I asked a lot of questions. We mostly had a good conversation. She let me know that the DM would call me in the next few days for a FU. The DM called me either that night or the next. We spoke for 5 minutes and she offered me the job. The recruiter called me just a few minutes after that so she could send the offer to me.
