Interview
An HR team member asked relatively standard interview questions and was generally friendly. The interview only lasted 20 minutes and then the second round was on Zoom with their Legal Assistant Manager.

Why are you interested in law and what area do you wanna focus on?
chill questions, get to know you, everyone was very nice, why milbank specifically so have an answer for that, talk about their training programs, screener and then callbacks, offer 2 days later

Interview
I applied through the DWS and got a interview with the company the following week. The job requires a Wage Certificate or Associate degree. The interview was a easy process with normal interview questions basically inquiring about my past employment. Afterwards you are required to take drug test and 2 physical test.
