Two interview process. The questions were direct, and technically focused. They asked for 10 questions about the company after the interview. It's very important you ask questions about the position/responsibilities/what success looks like, not about PTO, and salary. Let those negotiations begin once you receive an offer.

How many client relationships do you personally own and manage?
It was a multi step process. Nothing crazy for the commercial real estate world. I would rate it a 6/10 on difficulty. Started with zooms but was told I would fly to DC for finals. I didn’t make it so I can’t speak on it.
