I have been to many interviews in several countries and this is what an interview should be like. MillenWorks was interested in me after seeing my resume and contacted me for an interview. I interviewed to a group of three managers, and it was a relaxed interview with questions about work place experiences, interests, future goals etc. There was not any stress or pointless "brain teaser" questions which other companies like to ask. If the qualifications and experience is there, those kind of questions are truly pointless. The real work place does not happen like that. Anyways, overall a friendly and straight to the point experience.
