Mind in Croydon interview questions

Tell me about yourself. What made you want to go into counselling?

They appeared to be very nitpicking with the answers to their questions, the role description was not clear and the interviewee was blamed for this despite the little time given for preparation. They appear to love moving the goal posts before even joining. Given their one review on here confirms what I was thinking, every disappointment is a blessing in disguise.
