I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mind in Croydon (Croydon, England)
Interview
This interview was face to face in person. It started with a written scenario based questions which I was given to fo in a private room. This was followed by the interview. The main interviewer was very rude, condescending and came accross as arrogant. The person supporting was friendly and kind.

I first did a written exercise and then was brought in for the face to face portion where we were meant to go through my answers. I was asked some questions.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What made you want to go into counselling?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mind in Croydon
Interview
Had to do a 10 min presentation with the topic given and a 45 min panel interview. The topic was given in less than a week before the interview. Basically should have focused on the questions as the presentation was really a distraction and is not mainly considered in the candidate selection process.

Question 1
They appeared to be very nitpicking with the answers to their questions, the role description was not clear and the interviewee was blamed for this despite the little time given for preparation. They appear to love moving the goal posts before even joining. Given their one review on here confirms what I was thinking, every disappointment is a blessing in disguise.
