Final session with 2 HR staff I had a great conversation with both the interviewers and HR. After about 100 minutes of discussion, the HR team shared their benefits booklet and mentioned they would issue an offer after their vacation break. They even provided two email addresses, assuring me they would respond to any questions. However, they stopped responding to my emails and have not reached out since. There was no update, explanation, or communication whatsoever. I’m left unsure of what went wrong. While I understand they may have found a better candidate, it would have been more professional to simply inform me rather than making promises they didn’t keep. This lack of communication was disappointing and felt like a waste of my time.
