Interview
Easy. Just go with your CNIC and CV. You will be guided by someone on duty and he will take your for the interview. You will have to wait for your turn as the numbers of candidates are usually higher. The interviewer will ask you some basic questions related to handling customers and about your education or your past experience. If your are selected you will be notified via email or phone call. Sometimes it take 2 or 3 days up-to a month but you can also call them and ask about your status, either you are selected or not.

you must be minimum intermediate also a ;ittle bit knowledge about computer.There are two compains an international (English) and a local (urdu). After you clear your interview a one week training process is started, after that a final test will be held by the externals. If you clear that test you will be on floor (job)
