Mindera Software Developer interview questions

I was called for a starting conversation about my carrer path. a couple minutes in, they tell me i was referenced by someone in the company. I told them i had never heard of the person. the interview continued and it was determined that i did not have enough seniority for the position, which i indeed did not have, Couple of days later i recieve a request for another interview for an analogous position. I accepted, and withing a couple of minutes the same talk about being refrenced by the same person in the company. This only proves they do not look at your CV, nor do they cross information about candidates
