I had two rounds of interviews first phone round and 2nd over phone and skype with hiring manger. I was asked for coming for in person but then since I was out of Indore Skype round was done.

Interview questions during first round were understanding profile and knowing about experience. My role in current organization what I do each day. In person was more to know about technology . what kind of skills I hired.
3 rounds of interview. The round with Account Manager it went well and another round with Vice President it also went well and final round was online test. I cleared all round I started my journey with Mindlance

3 rounds of interview first HR round then with Account manager some Recruitment related discussion and last VP round for salary discussion. It was great fun. I enjoyed to give my interview.
