Fair interview, be prepared to converse in English and German, if you need to clarify anything they will answer.
Can ask questions as well, they are very approachable. Quite short, so it won't take you too long.

Singular phone interview - quick and straight forward, with focus on language and communication skills. Asked to provide an introduction about myself and background, and hold a conversation in second language. Very good first impression based on interview.
