They've attempted to automate the recruitment process but but it is clearly very buggy. I had to redo the technical task twice. The platform itself didn't seem to reflect the actual status of the application at a couple of points. After submitting the technical task the second time I was prompted for identity verification. I submitted my UK passport for this and was quickly blocked from the platform with no explanation beyond failing identity verification. Support sent a copy-paste response saying this was permanent, again with no explanation.
