The interview process was very laid back. I have some concerns, but not bad. He asked regular interview questions but after the interview I thought it was too easy so I looked at reviews and it is completely self motivated

there was no interview, they simply sent me an email saying I had the job and to fill out all this paperwork. It all seemed a little too easy for me, and I don't want to give my information out to some company that won't talk to me face to face.
