The interview started well and included questions about my experience, background, and how I would handle different situations. However, it later became apparent that the company was looking for candidates who could help bring in clients, despite the job advertisement suggesting that they already had an established client base. This gave the impression that the company may be struggling to acquire clients. The compensation offered was also quite low and did not align with my long-term goals, which I communicated during the interview. As the role was clearly not a good fit based on the compensation and expectations discussed, I had already indicated that I was not interested in moving forward. For that reason, I did not understand the purpose of the rejection message I later received. The message itself was difficult to understand and did not have much of logic. . Overall, the expectations discussed during the interview did not fully match the description presented in the job advertisement.
