I got it touch with the HR in Mirchi through LinkedIn. They had given me an assignment to complete before the scheduled interview. The assignment consisted of some Bollywood related questions that required creativity, and also I had to write a few ads. Overall it was a chill process
The interview process was pretty smooth. There were multiple rounds and the HR is quite supportive and keeps you updated at every level. If you are going for a copywriter role then you will also receive a copy test from the team.
