1. Answered a selection of questions having to do with my background / capabilities (via email) 2. In-person meeting with HR 3. In-person meeting with the person that was currently in the role 4. SATURDAY meeting with the CEO (2 hours) 5. Meeting with CEO and one of the other exec team members 6. 1 hour Skype meeting to walk me through the 8 page office letter

Was mostly asked about my experience and background vs. prescriptive questions. We discussed my personality test and how it related to the CEO's, at nauseam.
