The student DA position was for the Department of Housing and Residence Life. Interview was pretty simple, asked some basic behavioral questions. It was a relatively easier job on campus, so they don't expect you to be a pro at customer service, but they do want to see if the potential employee has good work ethics, professionalism, communication and other basic skills.
