Mitacs Program Assistant, Program Pilots interview questions

Completed several rounds of interviews. I was not successful but never heard back from the company or any of the people who interviewed me. A simple rejection email would have taken a few minutes to write which makes it extremely rude to never follow up. Ghosting candidates is unprofessional and looks bad on your company.
