Mitchell Communications Group interview questions

I have interviewed with this company two different times over the course of a few years. Each time, there was an initial interview and then they just go dark. The first time, someone reached out to me about the role. Both times the interviews went great and the interviewer brought up next steps and another interview. Followed up numerous times each time with zero response. Very unprofessional. As a candidate actively seeking a new role it is very devaluing and frustrating to not get a response back after completing 1-2 rounds of interviews. It’s okay if you don’t want to move forward in the hiring process, but if that is the case don’t bring it up at the end of the interview OR be kind enough and professional enough to send an email response back letting the candidate know you’ve decided to go a different direction. The fact that this happens to me twice at this company leads me to believe it is a pattern.
