The interview process took about 4 weeks and consisted of 5 virtual interviews, a project presentation, along with a meet-and-greet.
Interview process leaned towards a conversational style rather than traditional formal questioning.
Project Presentation
The goal of the project presentation was to learn more about how I might approach real life situations associated with the role. The project prompts/questions seemed more aligned with interview questions rather than a traditional project R&D format if that makes sense.
Everyone at the company was delightful, friendly, easy to talk to and exhibited a genuine passion for advancing the brand's growth. Could see myself getting along with CFT and could see myself thriving at the company.
Unfortunately, I had to decline the offer due to a few changes that occurred since my initial interview.
