Interview process was streamlined and personable. I had a call with one of the owners, it was casual but very informative. Then had a second interview with one of the directors. Similar style of interview, relaxed but informative.

Asked questions specific to my background and experience and how they would translate to the role. This role was specific to Target, so questions about product fixtures, manufacturing, and general marketing knowledge were asked.
