The Interview is 3 stage. First is document choosing. Second is interwiev in headquater with department director, colleague, hr ... it is in very positive way, discuss copmany, technical requirements for position, ask you for your previous experience and explain what engineer they need and what he/she will do if he/she will be hired. Third stage is interview in headquater with manager and hr and after it the candidate will be offered position or not.
