First is a phone interview, then you have an Interview with the store manager, then the Regional Manager, then the onboarding begins if you pass the background check. There is a week of training depending on your market

Interview
Conversation about strengths and opportunities (instead of using the term "weaknesses"), previous sales jobs and how they compare to this one, as well as aspirations. A lot of the conversation revolved around how to handle specific situations in regards to thinking quickly and helping people.
