Just a chat. Was very casual, easy going and friendly. Felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Very friendly team and staff members there as well. Just asked all the standard questions and no curve balls.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mococo (Liverpool, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
Questions read from a sheet in Costa Coffee. Said they would let me know by phone on the outcome either way but I never received a call from them. Luckily I got a job elsewhere but when you are currently not working, and pay transport costs to get in to an interview it is quite annoying when they don't even bother to give you a phone call, which would only take a couple of minutes of their time, to let you know you didn't get the job. It gave me a bad impression of the company.
