The interviews were all fairly straight forward other than being panel interviews. I had not done one of these before, and so it took me a little while to adjust to this.

I had 1 phone interview with the Sales Manager and 2 in person interviews, the HR person, Sales Manager and one of the owners attended both. I think now we do phone interviews with the HR person.
