MokshTech interview questions

I am absolutely appalled by the interview process at this company. It was a complete waste of my time and utterly unprofessional. Technical Round: There were no technical questions asked. The entire round was just a discussion about my prior work experience. Surprisingly, I cleared this round. HR Interaction: The HR then contacted me, demanding all sorts of documentation, including payslips, to proceed to the Managerial Round. I complied with all their requests promptly. Managerial Round: This was the worst part of the entire experience. The person conducting the managerial round was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. He repeatedly undermined my work experience, treating me as if I were a fresher in the industry. His negative attitude and body language were blatantly obvious. It was clear that his decision was based more on his bad mood than on my qualifications or experience. Unsurprisingly, I was rejected. This company's interview process is a joke. If you're looking for a respectful and professional interview experience, look elsewhere.
