Interview
No formal process or structure. Had to keep calling and calling. No return calls, then would get someone and everytime, we were just going to call you...Then more indecision and waiting. Just about gave up and then I guess got lucky. I believe the process has improved some, but still has a ways to go.

Describe your actions to fly the GPS approach to MUE
For SIC positions there its basically impossible to fail the interview. Pretty much everyone gets the chance. Its Ground School or Flight Training that will be the determining factor on whether you fly the line. Even then chances of getting put on the line are very high.
