Interviewer was a manager and she is very friendly. Interview went smoothly and well. I answered all the questions and didn't get an offer. I will try my best for future interviews in the future.
Typical interview, had to meet two people in charge of the team. The older person seems quite hostile when asking questions, feels like I am being interrogated for some crime. Younger one was really understanding and nice. Got ghosted when asked for update and saw a new posting after 2 months on LinkedIn lolol.

A bit messy. Started off with a "1hr Design sprint". Should be just called a design test/challenge as a sprint should require at least 5 days work processes. It's more like a typical corporate design test to design a product poster & proofreading in an hour. The interview questions were a bit messy as such my answers were also messed up (lol). I didn't even get to introduce myself properly though. So it really is important to create a well thought out interview questions so interviewees are not left confused.
