The interviewers were respectful and created a comfortable environment to discuss my experience, skills, and suitability for the role. The questions were relevant and focused on communication, problem-solving, and industry knowledge. After the interview, I was asked to complete assessments. The process overall was fair, though communication regarding feedback could be improved, as waiting for updates was challenging.
