GHOSTING RECRUITER!! Approached by a recruiter from Middle East Communications Network, I got an interview for the position of Account Executive at Momentum Dubai. First, there was a phone screening that took 10 minutes. Then, the interview with the hiring managers was on 6th of September and It went well. So, I got shortlisted to the second interview phase that is basically an assessment in which I had to create a B2B and B2C strategy for one of the accounts they are working on. I presented the strategy on 20th of September, and I got very positive feedback from the hiring manager, and she told me that I should expect the acceptance/rejection within a short period of time from the recruiter. However, after all of that and after more than month, I got ZERO RESPONSE. I even tried to send polite follow-up emails to the recruiter. Still, I got zero replies. This is honestly the most disrespectful thing a recruiter could do: subjecting me to a multiple of interviews and then ghosting me. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!

The process took about one to two months and had two interviews both onsite. The questions were fairly general and nothing challenging. The interviewers were very professional and nice so I didn't feel too nervous during the process.
