I had 2 rounds of interviews. One with the hiring manager and the other with the regional manager. Both were good interviews and fairly easy. They were very fast in their decision and offered good compensation and benefits.

Took forever, maybe three months. When I was initially interviewed they made it seem like a sure thing only to be told they didn't have approval to hire yet. Which was super confusing because why interview if you aren't ready to bring someone on board.
