Both the first and second interviews (with HR and then Hiring Manager respectively) felt very odd, cold, and robotic. The questions asked in the second round did not seem relevant at all and looked more like a strict interrogation. Throughout the 2nd interview, it looked like the hiring manager was only just now reading through my CV during the interview. It ended with them saying they are looking for someone with experience when my CV clearly indicated that I have limited experience. If only they had read it carefully, neither of us would have wasted each other's time.
