Application online, then on demand online interview followed by 30 minutes phone interview. Important to keep in mind Mondelez values and corporate culture to answer the questions. In the in demand interview you can record the questions as many times as you want so it's not stressful.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mondelēz International in Nov 2020
Interview
Passed the initial application with SJT test and longer general ability test. Got an email inviting me for a 30 min video interview. Interview was relatively standard questions that you would expect, and the recruiter told me I'd hear back by mid next week and I could also reach out to him on LinkedIn for further information.
However it's been nearly a month and I didn't receive ANY communication. Very poor show from such a large corporate, an unsuccessful email should be the minimum standard after any interview.
