Very laid back, face to face meeting at a local retailer that you may service. Interview with Retail Merchandiser Supervisor was more like a conversation, not your normal questionnaire interview.

Tell me a little bit about you and your work background.
Very simple. I had submitted resume online for previous position. Regional Hiring manager contacted me about position, being open, wanted to speak with me. I returned her call set up a phone interview. She briefed me on the company, asked me about my previous experience, then thanked me and told me she would foward my name to the local hiring manaager. A week past I left a voicemail, asked if I was still a candidate for the available position. The Local Hiring Manager contacted me the next morning set up an interview. Interview was very brief, I was offered the position.

Interview
Very laid back, as long as you care about safety and can lift over 30 pounds you will get the job. No prior work experience is needed. I was drug tested( hair test) 2 weeks after the first interview and was hired within a month of the beginning of the application process.
