The Lead Product Manager vacancy was posted in the company's CPO telegram chats. I applied, sent my resume (CV), and then we agreed on a time to call for the first stage of the interview.
The first stage was simple and interesting, questions about experience, and detailed information about the company from the CPOO.
The meeting ended with homework (case assessment task), designed for a full WEEK of hard work, which included a detailed market analysis, elements of product strategy, ideas for product development, and much more. Big, serious and unpaid work. I agreed because I liked the company as an idea, as a product, as opportunities for growth.
I completed the task in full, and advocated it at the next meeting in front of the CPO and the Product Manager.
I was told that everything was okay and the CPO would return in a couple of days and schedule a final meeting with the CEO.
And?? In short, the CPO never returned, not after 3 days, not after a week, not after a month, not after two months. Completely ignored. including in private messages.
