Moneybarn interview questions

Entirely competency-questions based, which may work well for them, but personally felt that I didn’t have much of an opportunity to explain genuine experience and work ethics. I also was told on three different occasions that I had done very well in the interview but was being passed over to another department manager to interview for them, as the applied position has been offered to somebody else. I suspect they largely promote from within, but by law have to interview outsiders.
