The process was very clearly outlined. I received feedback soon after the interviews.
They informed me about the internship compensation and told me I was allowed to use the benefits of the regular employees (free lunch, company travel card, etc.).

Interview
First round with a recruiter, second round with direct supervisor. Hired through a university career fair. Mostly behavioral questions with some questions about portfolio/projects. Slow moving HR, but people are super welcoming.
