Interview
The process (done in September 2021) consisted of:
a call with HR, a broad technical interview with an ex-dev, a more technical interview with two developers, a technical task and finally a call with a director of engineering.
The whole process took around 2-3 weeks, and was quite pleasurable.

I was asked to discuss approaches to developing APIs, pros and cons of micro-services, and other design-oriented topics. This was a very broad conversation targeted at breadth of knowledge.

2 etapas, um projeto take-home e uma entrevista técnica/comportamental. O take-home era um projeto de automação bem simples. Na entrevista, me perguntaram sobre minhas experiências, para explicar o código do meu projeto take-home e o que eu faria em algumas situações de trabalho.

Applied on their website and got an initial interview pretty fast. I had to ask for the salary range and I was not convinced of the way they were running the team so I declined the second interview. The people I talked to were very nice and respectful.
