Interview
The first call was with an HR specialist, then I received a test task and developed it, after I had a technical interview with the Frontend director, he was very polite and cheerful.

Do you know functional programming and OOP? Describe your past experience.
You will first get a tecnicial assessment screener link. It's a devskiller quiz with a react debugging question and a handful of JavaScript multiple choices. You won't know how well you did and they reject/accept you for further interview a few days after completion.

A person from Jam3 reached out to me and sent an online test to me. I did the test and I asked for a response on how I did but they never responded. They even mentioned that they will get back to me within a week of doing the test but I still never got a response from them.

Took 3 months, its very slow many times unresponsive and then they may come back with an offer after you forgot you applied to work with them, which is not ideal.
